Amber Fonseca is a Level 1 certified Lagree instructor, DJ and the founder of RABBITHOLE, a new immersive movement experience coming to Fort Lauderdale.
RABBITHOLE started with a feeling.
The kind Amber kept finding on a dance floor, inside a live set, and in those rare moments when movement pulled her completely out of her head and back into her body.
After 20 years in the corporate world, Amber knew there had to be more to life than moving through the motions. She felt most alive inside music, transported on the dance floor, where time disappeared and the outside world fell away.
Amber found her own RABBITHOLE by teaching herself to DJ. She spent hours digging through digital crates, finding music that could make people feel something, learning how to build energy in a club and create a vibe people wanted to stay inside.
As a Level 1 Lagree Certified Instructor, she saw the same possibility in movement: precision, intensity, music, atmosphere, and immersion, all working together to bring people back to themselves.
Why does it take a concert, a dance floor, or a rare moment of escape to feel completely present?
That question became RABBITHOLE.

Amber didn’t want to build another beige fitness studio filled with pink bows and a mediocre method.
Her experience as a Lagree obsessed level 1 instructor, showed her what intentional movement could create when the physical experience was paired with music, atmosphere, and shared energy.
She first founder her RABBITHOLE in music as a self-taught DJ. Digging through online crates for hours, getting lost in the beat in her headphones and mixing on her XDJ-AZ in her kitchen.
