RABBITHOLE Website Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

1. Who We Are

RABBITHOLE Studios LLC (“RABBITHOLE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.enterrabbithole.com.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, join our email list, contact us, or register for a RABBITHOLE event through an external ticketing service.

Our physical studio is not yet open to the public. Joining our email list does not create a studio membership, reserve a class, or authorize recurring charges.

For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@enterrabbithole.com.

2. Information Collected Through Our Website

Email-list signups

Our website signup forms require your name, email address, and telephone number. These fields must be completed to submit the signup form.

We use signup information to administer your subscription and send the RABBITHOLE communications described when you join, including early-access opportunities, events, offers, and opening updates.

Our website signup forms submit information to Mailchimp, which we use to maintain our email audience and administer subscriptions.

You may browse the website without joining the email list.

Inquiries and correspondence

When you contact us, we receive your contact information, the contents of your message, and other information you choose to provide. We use that information to respond and address your request.

Please do not send payment-card numbers, card security codes, government identification numbers, medical records, or other sensitive information through an email-list form or ordinary email.

Website activity

Our hosting and analytics services receive technical information when you use the website. This can include your IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages visited, timestamps, and interactions with website content.

Cookies and similar technologies are explained in Section 6.

3. External SweatPals Ticketing

Where checkout takes place

Our website links to an external SweatPals event page for The First Descent. When you follow that link, you leave the RABBITHOLE website and complete ticket selection, payment, and checkout directly on SweatPals.

RABBITHOLE does not operate a Squarespace checkout for these event tickets. Payment credentials entered during SweatPals checkout are processed through SweatPals and the payment services used for that transaction.

SweatPals’ own privacy notice and applicable platform terms describe its information practices. Please review them through its website or checkout, including its Privacy Notice.

Information available to RABBITHOLE

External checkout does not mean RABBITHOLE receives no information about your purchase.

Depending on the registration information collected and the event configuration, SweatPals may make purchaser or attendee information available to us through organizer tools, reports, or downloads. This can include:

• Purchaser and attendee names and contact information.

• Ticket identifiers, ticket category, and reservation details.

• Purchase date, ticket price, discounts, fees, and transaction or payment status.

• Transfer, cancellation, refund, and attendance information.

• Responses to event registration questions.

• Waiver or acknowledgment information, if a separate signing process has actually been configured and completed.

These categories describe information that can be available for event administration; they do not mean every category is collected for every attendee or that RABBITHOLE receives complete payment credentials.

How we use event information

We use information made available to us to administer the event and the purchased services. This includes managing reservations and check-in, sending necessary event information, handling transfers and refunds, answering customer-service questions, maintaining transaction records, and addressing safety matters, disputes, and legal obligations.

SweatPals has responsibilities for its platform processing. RABBITHOLE has responsibilities for its own collection, access, use, disclosure, and retention of information.

An event purchase is not, by itself, a request to join RABBITHOLE’s general marketing list. Any separate RABBITHOLE marketing choice will be identified as such.

Deleting or changing information in a SweatPals account does not necessarily delete a separate record that RABBITHOLE holds. You may contact us about our records and contact SweatPals about its records.

4. Other Information Provided for Event Administration

If you separately provide information to RABBITHOLE for an accommodation request, participation discussion, emergency contact, incident report, acknowledgment, or waiver, we use it to address that particular purpose and related legal or administrative responsibilities.

Please provide health or injury concerns privately through the designated event contact or instructor—not through a general email-list form.

This Privacy Policy does not serve as a liability waiver, authorize exercise participation, or grant commercial photography permission. Those matters are addressed through separate event-specific documents and choices.

5. Providers, Access, and Disclosure

Squarespace

Squarespace hosts our website and processes information needed to deliver, protect, and operate it. Squarespace also provides website analytics.

Squarespace may process website-usage information for its own purposes under its Privacy Policy. We do not represent that every aspect of its processing is exclusively for RABBITHOLE.

Mailchimp

Mailchimp processes signup information, subscription preferences, and information associated with email delivery. If open or click tracking is enabled for a particular email, Mailchimp may also record interactions with that email.

Mailchimp’s privacy information is available in the Intuit Global Privacy Statement.

Other access and disclosures

Information is available to the personnel and service providers involved in the relevant activity, such as website operation, subscription administration, correspondence, or event administration. A person’s involvement in an event does not automatically entitle that person to our email list.

For event operations, relevant information may be shared with personnel handling registration, session reservations, admission, customer service, or safety. Where needed, relevant information may also be disclosed to emergency responders, insurers, legal advisers, or others addressing an incident or claim.

We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security, legal claims, or protection of rights and safety.

This Policy does not give an independent venue, vendor, sponsor, or other business permission to enroll you in its marketing.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Website operation and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies associated with Squarespace, Google Analytics, and website functionality.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar browser-storage technologies can remember interface choices or support website features. These technologies can also help measure visits and activity.

Squarespace receives technical and usage information to operate the website and provide website analytics.

Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic and interactions. Google receives technical and usage information, such as browser and device information, pages visited, interaction events, and identifiers associated with analytics.

Information shown to us in an aggregated report is not necessarily anonymous at every stage of processing.

You can learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Google reCAPTCHA

The website loads Google reCAPTCHA to help detect automated activity and abuse. That service processes technical and interaction information under Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Your choices

Your browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies and other stored information. Blocking certain technologies may affect website functionality.

Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. That tool does not control every analytics service, all devices, or information you submit directly through a form.

If the website presents a privacy-preference control, it applies to the technologies and choices covered by that control. A website control does not necessarily change settings on SweatPals or another external service.

Joining our email list is not consent to unrelated advertising tracking. We will provide and honor any additional choices required by applicable law.

7. Marketing Choices

Email

When you use a form clearly inviting you to join the RABBITHOLE email list, you are requesting the email updates described there.

You can unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email or by contacting hello@enterrabbithole.com. We will honor marketing-email opt-outs within the applicable legal period, including within ten business days where CAN-SPAM applies.

An unsubscribe request does not prevent appropriately limited messages needed to respond to your inquiry or administer an existing ticket purchase, reservation, cancellation, refund, or safety matter.

An ordinary inquiry or ticket purchase is not, by itself, an email-list signup.

Telephone numbers and SMS

Providing a required telephone number does not enroll you in marketing calls or marketing texts.

RABBITHOLE is not establishing an active marketing-text program through this Policy. Any future program will have separate disclosures and any required consent.

Communications offered independently by SweatPals are subject to that platform’s own settings and terms.

Media

Website browsing, email signup, and ticket purchase do not grant RABBITHOLE commercial permission to use your recognizable likeness, identifiable voice, or testimonial. Any requested permission will be addressed separately.

8. Retention

This Policy does not set a single fixed retention period or promise automatic deletion after a particular number of days.

Retention depends on the information and its purpose. Relevant considerations include an active subscription, an unanswered inquiry, an event transaction, accounting or legal obligations, a dispute, and maintaining a record of your preferences.

Unsubscribing changes your marketing status; it does not automatically delete every record. Subscription-status information may remain to help prevent unwanted marketing.

You may separately request deletion. We will assess the request under applicable law and any permitted need to retain particular records.

Information held by a provider, including restricted backups or records maintained for that provider’s own legal responsibilities, may be subject to a different retention process. Removing information from one system does not necessarily remove every separate copy.

9. Security and Processing Locations

No internet transmission, email service, or storage system can guarantee complete security. Please avoid sending sensitive information through ordinary signup forms or email.

This Policy does not promise a particular security certification, encryption configuration, or storage location. Our providers may process information outside Florida or outside the United States under their applicable arrangements and notices.

Nothing in this Policy waives a security or breach-notification obligation that applies to RABBITHOLE.

10. Privacy Requests

Contact hello@enterrabbithole.com to:

• Ask about personal information RABBITHOLE holds about you.

• Request access, correction, or deletion.

• Unsubscribe from RABBITHOLE marketing.

• Withdraw an optional permission.

• Ask a question about this Policy.

We may reasonably verify identity or authority before disclosing or changing information. Verification will be proportionate to the request. We will not require identity verification beyond what is appropriate merely to unsubscribe an email address.

Rights, exceptions, and response requirements depend on applicable law. We will honor legally required rights and provide any legally required explanation or appeal process.

A request to RABBITHOLE addresses information within our responsibility. Requests concerning SweatPals’ independent processing should also be directed to SweatPals. We will provide reasonable assistance in identifying the appropriate contact when needed.

11. Children and External Links

Our website is intended for an adult audience and is not directed to children under thirteen. If you believe a child under thirteen has submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Event eligibility and minimum ages are stated separately in the applicable event information and terms.

Our website links to independent services, including SweatPals and social media websites. Their notices describe their own practices. Linking to a social media account does not, by itself, mean that the corresponding advertising pixel operates on our website.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our actual practices or legal requirements. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.

A policy update does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing or expand a separately granted permission.
