RABBITHOLE Website Terms of Use and Event Purchase Policies
Last updated: October 23, 2026
Sections 1 through 17 address website use. The Event Purchase Cancellation and Transfer Terms at the end of this document separately address purchases for The First Descent. Keeping these provisions in one document does not make website browsing acceptance of event purchase terms.
1. About These Terms
These Website Terms of Use (“Website Terms”) address use of www.enterrabbithole.com, operated by RABBITHOLE Studios LLC (“RABBITHOLE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Our website provides information about RABBITHOLE, email-list signup opportunities, contact information, and links to separately offered experiences and services.
Where we present these Website Terms for affirmative acceptance, your acceptance applies to the version presented at that time. Simply browsing the website does not sign an event waiver, authorize recurring payments, or give commercial media permission.
If you do not agree to terms presented for a particular website feature or transaction, do not complete that transaction or use that feature.
2. Current Studio Status and Email List
Our physical studio is not yet open to the public. References to a planned opening, future services, programming, or amenities describe our plans unless a particular commitment is expressly included in an accepted purchase agreement.
Joining our email list:
• Requests the communications described at signup.
• Does not create a studio membership.
• Does not reserve a class or event ticket.
• Does not guarantee an opening date, a particular price, or a founding-member benefit.
• Does not authorize recurring charges.
Future memberships and other purchased services will have their own applicable terms and disclosures.
Nothing in this section permits us to misrepresent a current offering or disregard an express promise made in an accepted purchase.
3. External Event Ticketing Through SweatPals
Our website links visitors to an external SweatPals event page for The First Descent.
Ticket selection, payment, and checkout take place directly on SweatPals after you leave the RABBITHOLE website. RABBITHOLE does not process these event-ticket payments through a Squarespace checkout.
SweatPals operates the platform and uses payment services for its checkout. Its applicable platform terms govern its services.
RABBITHOLE remains responsible for its own event descriptions, commitments, event administration, and obligations under the applicable event-specific terms and law. Using an external platform does not transfer all responsibility for the event to SweatPals.
Information about organizer access to purchaser, attendee, and transaction information appears in our Privacy Policy.
4. Separate Event Terms and Individual Waivers
Event-specific ticket terms govern ticket categories, inclusions, reservations, check-in, transfers, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and other purchase conditions. The Event Purchase Cancellation and Transfer Terms included at the end of this document set out the cancellation, session-change, transfer, and refund provisions for The First Descent when presented as part of the purchase agreement.
Attendance and exercise participation are also subject to the applicable separately presented event acknowledgment or participation waiver.
The following distinctions apply:
• Purchaser acceptance: The purchaser accepts the applicable purchase terms for the order.
• Attendee acceptance: Each adult attendee must personally accept the acknowledgment or waiver applicable to that attendee.
• Exercise participation: An admission ticket does not authorize equipment use unless the purchased entitlement and applicable participation requirements allow it.
• Separate permissions: Media and marketing choices are not granted merely by buying a ticket or accepting a liability waiver.
A purchaser cannot sign another adult’s liability waiver or provide that adult’s commercial media or marketing consent without legally sufficient separate authority.
A link to SweatPals, a completed payment, or a platform account does not, by itself, establish that a particular RABBITHOLE waiver has been presented, personally accepted, or validly signed. The actual required signing process must be completed.
These Website Terms do not themselves release liability for attendance or exercise.
5. Document Hierarchy
The documents apply to their respective subjects:
• Applicable law: Mandatory legal protections control over conflicting terms.
• Event ticket terms: Govern the ticket purchase and related consumer remedies.
• Ticket description and confirmation: Identify the purchased category, confirmed reservation, and promised inclusions. They may provide additional benefits but may not silently remove rights stated in the applicable ticket terms.
• Personally accepted attendee agreement: Governs its stated attendance, participation, risk, release, and conduct provisions.
• Separate optional permissions: Govern only the media or marketing permissions affirmatively given.
• Privacy Policy: Describes RABBITHOLE’s information practices and privacy choices.
• Website Terms: Govern the website itself.
SweatPals’ separately disclosed terms apply to its platform services. Nothing here overrides a binding platform requirement providing a greater customer protection.
These Website Terms do not create a blanket no-refund policy, an exclusive rescheduling credit, or a waiver of lawful billing disputes. A private agreement between RABBITHOLE and a venue does not automatically become a ticket buyer’s agreement.
6. Accurate Information and Account Responsibility
Provide accurate information when signing up, contacting us, or completing an authorized transaction.
Do not impersonate another person, submit someone else’s information without authority, misuse payment credentials, or sign another adult’s agreement.
If a transaction is offered through an external account, follow that provider’s account-security requirements. Contact the provider about unauthorized account access and notify RABBITHOLE when the issue also affects a RABBITHOLE event or order.
Website browsing does not establish eligibility for an event. Event minimum ages and identification requirements are stated separately.
7. Acceptable Website Use
You may use the website for lawful personal purposes and authorized business interactions.
You must not:
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or information.
• Introduce malicious code or materially disrupt website operation.
• Submit fraudulent information or transactions.
• Scrape or collect personal information without lawful authority.
• Circumvent reasonable access or security restrictions.
• Reproduce or commercially exploit protected website content without permission or another lawful basis.
• Use the website for unlawful threats, harassment, or infringement.
These restrictions do not prohibit lawful accessibility tools, ordinary search-engine indexing, protected security reporting, or conduct that applicable law permits despite a contractual restriction.
RABBITHOLE may take reasonable steps to address misuse. A restriction on website access does not, by itself, cancel an existing ticket or eliminate a refund right.
8. Intellectual Property
RABBITHOLE’s original website text, graphics, branding, photographs, video, and other protected materials belong to RABBITHOLE or the relevant rights holders.
You may view the website for its intended purposes and retain your agreements, receipts, and transaction records. No ownership or general commercial license is transferred.
References to Lagree, equipment, venues, ticketing services, or other third-party names identify the relevant offering or service. Their respective rights remain with their owners.
Nothing limits fair use or another permission provided by law.
9. Inquiries, Feedback, and Reviews
When you send an inquiry or feedback, you authorize us to use it as reasonably necessary to respond and address the matter you raised.
Sending a message, tagging RABBITHOLE, or submitting a photograph does not, by itself, authorize commercial use of your identity or content.
No provision of these Website Terms prohibits an honest review, a good-faith complaint, a lawful payment dispute, or a communication with an attorney, insurer, government agency, or law-enforcement authority.
10. Fitness and Wellness Information
General website descriptions are not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
An activity described as low-impact may still involve substantial exertion and injury risks. A website description does not establish that an activity is appropriate for your particular circumstances.
Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate. Do not disregard concerning symptoms or delay care because of website information.
Activity-specific requirements and risks are addressed in the separately presented participation documents.
11. Privacy, Email, SMS, and Media
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling, service providers, tracking, and privacy requests.
Using a clearly identified email-list signup requests the communications described there. An ordinary inquiry, ticket purchase, or acceptance of these Website Terms does not automatically enroll you in general RABBITHOLE marketing.
Providing a telephone number does not authorize marketing calls or texts. Any future RABBITHOLE marketing-text program will require separate disclosures and any legally required consent.
Website use does not grant commercial permission to use your recognizable likeness, identifiable voice, name, or testimonial.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The website links to independent services, including SweatPals and social media websites. Those services may impose their own terms and collect information under their own notices.
We do not control every aspect of an independent service’s availability, technology, security, or information practices.
This provision does not excuse RABBITHOLE’s own misrepresentation, contractual obligation, or legal duty. In particular, an external checkout does not eliminate RABBITHOLE’s responsibilities as event organizer.
13. Availability, Errors, and Changes
We may maintain, update, or temporarily suspend website features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device.
We may correct a typographical or technical error, but a correction does not authorize an increased charge, removal of a purchased benefit, or retroactive reduction of a customer’s rights without a lawful basis and any required agreement.
If a website interruption affects a ticket purchase or existing order, contact hello@enterrabbithole.com and use the applicable platform support channel as appropriate.
Any claim concerning event cancellation, rescheduling, or an undelivered purchased service is governed by the event-specific ticket terms and applicable law—not a general website-availability disclaimer.
14. Limits of Website Disclaimers
General informational content is provided without a promise that it answers every visitor’s question or is suitable for every individual purpose.
Nothing in these Website Terms:
• Releases personal-injury claims.
• Excuses fraud, gross negligence, reckless conduct, or intentional misconduct.
• Eliminates an express purchase commitment or refund obligation.
• Waives a nonwaivable privacy, security, accessibility, or consumer-protection obligation.
• Prevents a legitimate payment dispute or government complaint.
• Creates an arbitration requirement, jury-trial waiver, or shortened filing period.
Any event-related ordinary-negligence release must arise from a separately presented and validly accepted agreement, not from general website use.
15. Electronic Agreements and Changes
Where we request electronic acceptance, the applicable agreement must be available for review before acceptance and in a form that can be retained.
An electronic-signature service’s availability does not establish that a particular signature process meets every legal requirement. Any required electronic-delivery consent must be obtained through the appropriate process.
Changes to these Website Terms apply prospectively, with additional notice or renewed acceptance where required.
A later website update does not retroactively change an existing ticket’s refund rights, expand a signed release, or enlarge an optional media or marketing permission.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
Florida law governs these Website Terms, without eliminating a mandatory protection applicable to you.
Subject to nonwaivable rights concerning jurisdiction or venue, proceedings concerning these Website Terms may be brought in the state courts located in Broward County, Florida, or, where federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Fort Lauderdale Division.
The dispute provisions of a separately accepted event agreement or independent platform agreement apply to the subjects governed by that agreement, subject to applicable law.
17. Severability and Contact
If a provision is invalid, it may be severed to the extent the remaining terms can operate without creating a materially different agreement or imposing a new restriction on the customer.
These Website Terms do not replace the separate documents identified in Section 5 or eliminate a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Event Purchase Cancellation and Transfer Terms
The First Descent | November 21, 2026 | Kemistry, Fort Lauderdale
Organizer: RABBITHOLE Studios LLC. Policy updated October 23, 2026.
These provisions apply to the event ticket purchase when disclosed before payment and accepted as part of the purchase agreement. They do not replace the purchased ticket description, required consumer disclosures, or separately applicable platform terms. They do not operate as a liability waiver or authorize marketing calls, texts, or commercial media use.
Customer cancellations and no shows
No voluntary change-of-mind refunds are offered. A purchaser who decides not to attend, cancels voluntarily, arrives late, or does not attend is not entitled to a discretionary refund or credit solely for that reason. This restriction does not limit the organizer-cancellation and material-change provisions below, legally required cancellation or refund rights, or a more favorable binding customer protection.
One free workout session change
Each workout ticket may receive one free session change requested at least 48 hours before the originally booked session begins, subject to availability. The change must remain within the same ticket tier and may not exceed the destination session’s combined maximum of 10 participants across all session-inclusive tiers, including complimentary participants. A request does not reserve a new time until the change is confirmed. If no eligible space is available, the original reservation remains in place; an unavailable voluntary change does not itself create a discretionary refund right.
One ticket transfer
Each ticket may be transferred once without a transfer fee if the request is received at least 24 hours before the public event begins. The replacement attendee receives the same ticket tier and booked session and must meet the disclosed attendance and participation requirements and personally complete any applicable individual agreements. The transfer is completed when the attendee change is confirmed. Remedy IV medical screening and consent are individual and do not transfer with a ticket.
Organizer cancellations and material changes
If RABBITHOLE cancels a purchased event or session without providing it, the affected unused purchase will be refunded. The purchaser is not required to accept a credit or a rescheduled date instead of that refund.
If RABBITHOLE changes the purchased date, start time, or venue, or materially reduces a promised inclusion, the purchaser may accept the change or request a refund for the affected unused purchase. A request may be made before the changed service begins, or promptly after notice if the purchaser is notified only after that point. Minor program adjustments do not independently require a refund unless they materially reduce a specifically promised service. Venue cancellation, weather, or an emergency does not by itself eliminate applicable refund rights.
For separately priced components that can reasonably be used independently, a refund covers the affected component. If an unused bundle cannot reasonably be separated, the purchaser may cancel the entire unused bundle for a full refund. RABBITHOLE will not create new component allocations after purchase to reduce a refund.
Required rights and fees
Mandatory cancellation and refund rights, including any applicable protections for exercise-service purchases, remain in effect despite the voluntary cancellation policy above. Nothing here waives a lawful billing dispute or a greater protection required by a binding platform term. Required refunds must be issued within the applicable legal deadline. Platform fees are not categorically designated nonrefundable by this policy; their treatment must follow the applicable law, disclosed purchase terms, and binding platform requirements.
Requests and purchase records
Send session-change, transfer, and refund requests to hello@enterrabbithole.com or through an available SweatPals request channel, identifying the purchaser, order, ticket tier, and booked session where applicable. The 48-hour session-change deadline is measured from the originally booked session; the 24-hour transfer deadline is measured from the public event’s scheduled start. These voluntary request deadlines do not replace any legally required notice method or cancellation period.
The version presented and accepted for the purchase applies to that order. A later document or website update does not retroactively reduce the purchaser’s refund rights or change the purchased benefits.
